1. AprèsFlex® Boswellia— Compounds in Boswellia extract have been shown to bind directly to 5-LOX, an enzyme that transforms fatty acids into inflammatory factors like leukotriene B4. Boswellia inhibits 5-LOX activity at the cellular level. In a placebo-controlled clinical study, Boswellia extract supported freedom of movement and helped relieve joint discomfort in just 8 weeks.
