Puritan's Pride Lactase Enzyme 125 mg / 120 Softgels อาหารเสริมแล็คเทสเอ็นไซม์ เหมาะสำหรับคนที่มีภาวะพร่องเอ็นไซม์แล็คเตสในการย่อยน้ำตาลแล็คโตส ซึ่งก็จะเป็นอาหารกลุ่มจำพวกผลิตมาจากน้ำนมจากสัตว์หรืออาหารที่แปรรูปมาจากผลิตภัณฑ์นมที่มีส่วนผสมของน้ำตาลแล็คโตสเป็นหลัก ซึ่งเอนไซม์แล็กเตสเป็นเอนไซม์ที่ช่วยเร่งปฏิกิริยาการไฮโดรไลซ์ น้ำตาลแล็กโทส (lactose) ในผลิตภัณนมต่างๆ ทำให้ได้น้ำตาลกลูโคส (glucose) 1 โมเลกุล และน้ำตาลกาแล็กโทส (galactose) 1 โมเลกุล พบในสัตว์ที่ยังไม่หย่านม คนที่เลิกดื่มน้ำนมเป็นเวลานาน เอนไซม์นี้จะลดลงหรือหายไป เมื่อกลับมาดื่มน้ำนมหรือรับประทานอาหารแปรรูปจากผลิตภัณฑ์นม ร่างกายจะไฮโดรไลซ์น้ำตาลแล็กโตสไม่ได้ ทำให้เกิดอาการท้องเสีย เรียกว่า lactose intolerance

For adults, take one (1) to three (3) softgels before consuming food or drink that contains lactose.
