Directions: Shampoo and rinse hair thoroughly. Apply a generous amount of Panthenol Hair Thickener & Conditioner. Work well through your hair. Wait 15-30 seconds. Rinse thoroughly.
Other Ingredients: Water, Cetrimonium Chloride, Mineral Oil, Cetyl Alcohol, Cetearyl Alcohol and Ceteareth-20, Lanolin, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Panthenol, Glycol Stearate, Glyceryl Stearate, Quaternium-15, Methylparaben, Fragrance, Citric Acid, Propylparaben, Triethanolamine, Yellow 5.
